Our history is a series of achievements and dedication, which began 22 years ago with a dream of freedom. Our founder Luciano Siqueira, a telecommunications professional with a career entirely focused on technical support, had as his premise to keep his customers connected at all times. With the evolution of mobile telephony, he saw the opportunity to create a business and thus Luctel Telefonia e Informática was born, a company focused on technical assistance for cell phones, PCs, cordless phones and other electronic devices.

We stand out in the field because our focus has always been to offer safety, dedication and quality so that, in addition to delivering well-done services, we can provide peace of mind to our customers. We are constantly investing in equipment and specialization courses at the main technical institutions in the segment.

Over the course of these 22 years, we have achieved many achievements, learned lessons and suffered many losses. However, we have always had a vision of the future in the present, seeking to innovate and improve, bringing into our DNA the basis of our operations.
