Our history is a series of achievements and dedication, which began 22 years ago with a dream of freedom. Our founder Luciano Siqueira, a telecommunications professional with a career entirely focused on technical support, had as his premise to keep his customers connected at all times. With the evolution of mobile telephony, he saw the opportunity to create a business and thus Luctel Telefonia e Informática was born, a company focused on technical assistance for cell phones, PCs, cordless phones and other electronic devices.
Over the course of these 22 years, we have achieved many achievements, learned lessons and suffered many losses. However, we have always had a vision of the future in the present, seeking to innovate and improve, bringing into our DNA the basis of our operations. Providing benefits to all people involved in our business!
Today, we are more than just a technical support service for smartphones, tablets and notebooks. We are people united by the purpose of working with transparency, respect, integrity, creativity and empathy.
